SOURCES SOUGHT FOR ACCESSORIES, TOOL SETS, TEST SETS, and TRAINING FOR IMAGE INTENSIFIED NIGHT VISION DEVICES (NVDs) FOR FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) REVISED 23 SEPTEMBER 2025 Description ACCESSORIES, TOOL SETS, TEST SETS, and TRAINING FOR NIGHT VISION DEVICES (NVDs) Introduction The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in, industry technologies available and capability to fulfill FMS requirements. The result of this sources sought/market survey will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market survey, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition.
