Award Notice

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price modification to Contract N0001925C0071 to Raytheon Company for the Lot 5 and Lot 6 recertification and modernization of Tomahawk Missiles; depot operations; recertification hardware; and Tomahawk Spares and/or replacement components, including rotable pool assets. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statuatory authority of Title 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) No. 24-0076, approved by the Assitant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) - redacted version attached to this announcement.
