The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide switches that have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the Cisco 4010-4S24P Ethernet Switch, as manufactured by Cisco. Fiscal Year 2025 Military Construction Project P-1181, Harden Critical Feeders on Naval Base Guam, Joint Region Marianas, Guam, requires 17 Cisco 4010-4S24P Ethernet switches for four (4) Substation GPA-owned SCADA systems with the following characteristics: • Form Factor: Rack-mountable • Redundant Power Supply (Primary and Backup) • Stackable • Advanced Switching: Layer 3 • Manageable • Full compatibility with existing and future ICS/FRCS networks • Minimum Required Protocol Support: CDP, EIGRP • Software-Defined Access compatible • Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government.
