MSC is requesting proposals from qualified HUBZone-certified small businesses for rolling admission to the existing Guam General Ship Repair IDIQ Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract supports a broad range of general ship repair of vessels operating primarily on Guam. This rolling admission process is designed to expand the qualified contractor pool and enhance MSC’s ability to meet operational and maintenance requirements in a dynamic environment. All of the original terms and conditions of the original solicitation N3220522R0008 (with revisions outlined in the attached) apply. Scope of Work: The scope requires the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, subcontractors, and a marine repair facility necessary to perform ship repair and related functions, which includes the capability to perform all necessary planning, engineering and design development, quality control, shipboard or off-ship production, purchasing, and component or system testing and trials for Government vessels.
