This notice serves as a pre-solicitation synopsis for repair and/or modify the item specified in the Attachment A. The repair of this item is sole source to Parker Hannifin CAGE 59211. Parker Hannifin is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this item and is the only known source to possess full repair capability. The Government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. Therefore, the item listed on the Attachment A is sole source to Parker. Even though this item is sole source to Parker Hannifin, all responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
