The primary objective is to upgrade the existing roof to meet Kirtland AFB standards, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. This project will follow a Design/Build (D/B) Statement of Work (SOW), necessitating collaboration between the General Contractor and licensed design professionals. Successfully completing this project will significantly enhance both the roofing integrity and operational capabilities of Building 0001 at Kirtland AFB.
