Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), has a requirement for up to 535 Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering Multipurpose (TRAM). This is the actual REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) M67854-25-R-5301. The TRAM is a medium scoop loader that is equipped with a 4-in-1 multipurpose bucket and fork attachment. The TRAM will provide the Marine Corps the ability to operate over uneven and unprepared surfaces. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Contract period of performance of ten years; five 12-month ordering periods, followed by five 12-month option periods.This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition using NAICS code 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. This procurement is a FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation requirement, which will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Continuum method.
