The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open basis the following items: 1) Repair of Antenna Pedestal (AP), P/N 529488-002. This requirement is sole sourced to Telephonics Corporation 815 Broad Hollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735 as the only vendor able to produce this requirement. Telephonics Corporation is the OEM of the radar system and maintains the only repair facility for these components. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency.?
