This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Construction services for requisition 1152088, Clifton Quarters Siding and Roofing on the Clifton Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Project will include necessary expertise, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to purchase, construct, install, and test all necessary system components for the Clifton Quarters Siding and Roofing. This project includes the removal of existing roofing and siding and replacement with steel roofing and siding for three FEMA trailers that serve as Forest Service Quarters located on the Clifton District behind the Clifton Ranger Station in accordance with the plans and specifications.
