REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SPDRS PORTABLE FUEL TANK WITH INTEGRATED PUMP The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWCPCD) is conducting a survey of potential sources for the Self-Support Distributed Refueling System (SPDRS) program. NSWCPCD is seeking sources for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) portable fuel storage system with an integrated pumping capability. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for a fuel storage and transfer system in support of the SPDRS program. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
