The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) Recruit Sustainment Program has a requirement for catered meal services to feed approximately 60 Soldiers for training events throughout the year. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to serve catered meals as defined in section 5, and Technical Exhibit (TE) 3 and 4 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This competitive solicitation is to be issued as: 100% set-aside under Small Business IAW 19.5 – Set Aside for Small Business. The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, resulting from this solicitation.
