Brown 1175 Church Street Bohemia, New York 11716-5014 CLIN Item Quantity Unit Option 0001 Initial Engineering and Setup 1 Each No 0002 Windblast Shots (600 KEAS) 2 Each No 0003 Two (2) Camera Rentals for One (1) Day 1 Day No 0004 Test Report 1 Each No The proposed vendor, Dayton T. Brown, is the only known source capable of meeting the Government’s requirements, as specified in the Test Plan dated 29 September 2025 (see Attachment 1), for Windblast tests at speeds up to 600 Knots Equivalent Air Speed (KEAS) on the Next Generation Fixed Wing Helmet. Please see Attachment 2, Single Source Justification, for further specification. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Purchase Order and carried out as a sole source action (not competitively awarded).
