This solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option Years (OY) for police uniforms. The contract will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial purchase, no partial proposals will be considered, and no partial awards will be made.
