This announcement is a pre-notification that the United States Air Force (USAF) will host a Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) Virtual Industry Conference for the KC-46 CASPER MAC IDIQ effort at a date and time to be determined in November 2025. This conference aims to: • Allow for questions. • Describe solicitation response requirement. • Clarify the RFP technical requirements. • Explain the contract structure. • Improve the quality and speed of solicitation responses.
