The Priceton Plasma Physics Laboratory requires the services of a Licensed Site Remediation Professional to perform the following tasks: Task 1: Report/Certification/Administrative Submittals to NJDEP ? Provide Biennial Remedial Action and Aquifer CEA Certification, including required well-search and other documentation to be prepared and submitted every two years, occurring on odd numbered years by the permit anniversary date (August 27th of odd years); ? Accurate and complete preparation of all other regulatory submittals which could include Confirmed Discharge Notification, LSRP Retention Form, Annual Remediation Fee Form, Public Notification Form, Remedial Investigation Report/Remedial Action Workplan (RIR/RAW), Quality Assurance Project Plan, Alternative Remediation Standards application, Remedial Action Report (RAR), Unrestricted Use Response Action Outcome (RAO), and etc.; ? Minimum of ten working days for PPPL and/or DOE review and comment for scheduled submittals; and, ? The cost of this scope assumes that one site visit will be required.
