Synopsis Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) B34 First Floor Repairs This is a synopsis for construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0006 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price type award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses.
