INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – The Department of the Treasury (USDT), Internal Revenue Services (IRS), Office of Procurement Operations intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles 10311 Wilson Blvd Blythewood South Carolina 29016-9018 for the following services: Provide online access to State of South Carolina vehicle ownership records and driver’s license records for IRS SB/SE Collection Division. This proposed contract action is for a service in which the Government intends to award a One (1) Year base firm fixed-price contract, plus (4) option years at the option of the Government. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of Online Access to State of South Carolina vehicle ownership records and driver’s license records.
