The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation amendment N00024-25-R-4316-0001 for the maintenance, modernization, product improvements, and design support for existing Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Program assets. The solicitation seeks to procure support for: maintenance availability planning and execution; host submarine interface equipment and fit-ups; Field Change (FC) design, kitting, and installations; DDS inspection and repairs; maintaining the DDS Rotatable Pool; and engineering support. The Government anticipates making a single award on or around July 2026.This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include all relevant attachments.
