Contract Award Announcement The Department of State, Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), Grants, Acquisitions, Procurement, and Policy, has issued a firm-fixed price contract to VIRTRA, INC. This statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S. Code 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) and FAR 13.106(1)(b); specifically, FAR 6.103-1 - Only one responsible source.
