This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract, with IQ Solutions, Inc., in order to continue its performance on the NIDA Web Support Center, which provides website maintenance, limited development/enhancement, web security, 508c and other compliance tasks necessary to maintain the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) website which adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act while NIH undergoes web centralization activities. The Government proposes to award an additional three (3) month contract with the period of performance: November 19, 2025 – February 18, 2026. The determination by the Government to award a contract without providing for full and open competition is based upon the market research conducted. Specifically, IQ Solutions Inc. has been deemed to be the only available source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued maintenance of the Website and Amazon Cloud Compute Services as well the revisions and finalization of system documentation, including major components thereof, when it is likely that award to any other source would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Govern...
