This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source, as authorized by, FAR 6.302-1(ii) (B). Notice of contract action: West Palm Beach VA Contracting will issue a sole source firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Abbot Labs, Inc. for the Emergency Procurement of a Six Month Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) Chemistry/Immunochemistry Instruments With Automation and Middleware on 10/17/2025. This is for archival purposes only. A Competitive RFQ for a Base + 4 OY contract will be posted at a later date to be determined in FY26.
