Sources Sought NAICS 336414

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a contract for the procurement and delivery of maritime seeker suite technologies and requisite processing capabilities for the Tactical Tomahawk All-Up-Round (TACTOM AUR) missile system. The anticipated contract will be for two years. Contract award is anticipated Second QTR Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. This requirement will be to build and deliver production seeker suites for incorporation of seeker technology and processing capabilities into an estimated quantity of 35 to 96 modernized TACTOM Block V AUR missiles, or additional quantities as Congress may authorize and appropriate, and to deliver seeker suites for installation into the TACTOM AUR missile system. The scope includes necessary production Technical Data Package (TDP) and facilities upgrades to continue production capability improvements, and the procurement and integration of the seeker technologies and associated processing capability into a seeker suit.
