Presolicitation Notice INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) and the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) requires Eaton Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems repairs. PCAC anticipates soliciting quotations and subsequently awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the UPS systems repair. DESCRIPTION A contract is needed for the ILEAD for the below listed tasks.
