Presolicitation NAICS 221122

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT), Naples, Italy plans to issue a Request for Proposal that will result in the award of one Firm Fixed Price contract for the supply and transmission of electricity and ancillary services to Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu, Romania. The estimated total consumption at this facility is approximately 13,125 Megawatt Hours (MWh) per year. The period of performance for this contract will be two years and is estimated to start on December 5, 2025. The successful contractors shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation, except otherwise specified herein, necessary to perform these services. This procurement will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection, requiring the submission of both technical and price proposals.
