Special Notice NAICS 541990

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a single source contract with SCRIPTPRO USA INC (Small Business) for Script Pro Equipment Relocation Services. The contractor will be responsible for moving all ScriptPro equipment from its current location in either the outpatient pharmacy in building 98 or the inpatient pharmacy in building 58, to its permanent location in the combined pharmacy in building 98. Once all the equipment is moved, the contractor must make sure all equipment is up and functioning properly prior to leaving Medical Center. The Government intends to negotiate a one-time purchase contract for these services. SCRIPTPRO USA INC. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and the only authorized provider to the Government. This acquisition will be conducted under the authority of FAR 13, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
