This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division has a requirement for evaluation, repair, and refurbishment of SPS-67(V)1 Rotary Couplers and evaluation, repair, refurbishment, and new manufacture of SPS-67(V)3/5 Rotary Couplers. This requirement is planned as a Firm-Fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a period of five (5) years for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales. The Government is seeking information from Contractors who may have the capability and facilities to accommodate this requirement.
