Presolicitation

The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,886 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 1470 Providence Avenue, Chester, Pennsylvania 19013. The space shall contain adequate parking for approximately four (4) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The space must also have a secondary means of egress or the ability to add one. Must use Government Lease.
