PRESOLICIATION NOTICE: The Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for, NRM Install Fire Alarm Bldg. 25, Project No. 519-24-400, located at the West Texas Veterans Administration Healthcare System (WTVAHCS), 300 Veterans Blvd. Big Spring, TX 79720. The method of procurement shall be a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Part 13 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with a projected solicitation date of November 5, 2025.
