This is a performance based, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Core Contract with a CPFF Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) line issuing CPFF Task Orders, and a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Phase-In period. The requirements of this contract are best suited for a CPFF contract as the work requires fluctuations in effort.
