Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, intends to award a small business set aside for GE Venue Go software upgrades in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 19.5, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. Market research was previously conducted, and there is reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns that are competitive in terms of fair market prices, quality, and delivery. Tinker has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
