CAUTION: The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to provide a level three technical data package (TDP), an intermediate level (I-Level) maintenance manual, sustaining engineering, and recurring service/maintenance support for the Ground Handling Operation and Support Trailer (GHOST). The US Government (USG) requires the TDP to provision and maintain the trailer. An I-Level maintenance manual is required to provide procedures for USG maintainers to service and repair the GHOST Trailer. Sustaining engineering and depot level maintenance support is also required. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined.
