STATEMENT OF WORK GENERAL INFORMATION Introduction: The Hershel Woody Williams VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV, 25704, provides care to more than 28,000 Veterans in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Safety is paramount to providing care for our Veterans. The medical center has a need for a water safety management program with environmental water testing.
