The purpose of this announcement is to release a Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) to industry for the purpose of requesting feedback from sources capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the attached draft SIR prior to the release of the formal SIR. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This draft SIR is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation (Screening Information Request) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is seeking feedback from any potential offerors that choose to provide it; however, the Government is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this draft SIR.
