High Performance Computer UT-Battelle, LLC seeks to procure a High-Performance Computing (HPC) system to be installed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). This procurement will be issued under a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) ICPT agreement. HPC system parameters -Compute cabinets must support 480 V, 3-phase power, and cabinet exhaust must be room-neutral. - Data center chilled water at 42 °F will be provided. (If warmer water is required, the vendor must provide CDUs.) - The system must support a node mix of 75% CPU-only and 25% CPU/GPU nodes, and offer configurations with at least 4 GB of DDR memory per CPU core. - Total solution power draw may be up to 4 MW, and the system footprint must fit within 40 linear feet. - The system must be FIPS 140-3 and TAA compliant and support data-at-rest encryption.
