The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to announce that the NAWCWD North Range and South Range require rental and service of stand-alone unisex portable toilets and hand wash stations to be placed at locations designated by the Government on Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake Ranges. Offers and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted using the instructions in Section L of the solicitation.
