THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS MISSION SUPPORT BATTALION (UMSB). This announcement is made by the UMSB Contracting Center and is part of market research efforts to assess industry capabilities that will best address the Government’s need with regards to the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP). The requirement is for a Contractor to provide program support to execute SERDP and ESTCP’s missions of developing and demonstrating technologies that meet the Department of Defense (DoD) environmental requirements. SERDP and ESTCP are separate programs that are managed through a joint program office. Support is needed at the program level and in each of the technical areas in which SERDP and ESTCP invest. This action is to support the recompete of current USACE contract W912HQ22D0009. The Government envisions a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), performance based definitive contract for a 12-month base plus four 12-month option periods under FAR part 16.2 Fixed-Price Contracts.
