The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedure for Certain Commercial Items to Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, LLC (PDRI) for a canditate testing platform and on-site testing locations, virtual interview hosting and scoring platform, and related services (custom tests, custom scoring models, etc.). The OCC requires nationwide testing locations for in-person proctored testing, an internet based testing platform for virtual proctored tests, a seamless interview platform that integrates with the testing platform, web portal set-up and maintenance services, reasonable accomodations for tests, and the ability to swtich tests and provide custom tests. PDRI has all of the required tools and platforms under a seamless system. The initial period of performance for this requirement is estimated to be April 2026 through April 2027, with four one-year option periods.
