This action is to establish a contract for the aquisition of the Signal Data Converter NSN: 5895-01-567-7326, PN: 8010000806-4. The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the Signal Data Converter. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Symetrics Industries d.b.a Extant Aerospace (CAGE 22830). The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
