he United States ITER Project Office (USIPO) is seeking expressions of interest from qualified suppliers capable of supporting the qualification, commercial-grade dedication, and potential supply of commercially sourced pneumatic components for vacuum systems supporting the ITER project. The anticipated procurement involves pneumatic components used to operate and control vacuum valves and related equipment. The scope is expected to include qualification of selected commercial products to applicable technical and qualification requirements, commercial-grade dedication in accordance with recognized industry guidance, and the development of supporting technical documentation. The anticipated products include approximately 250 pneumatically actuated 3/2-way valve manifolds, 90 air pressure regulators, and 160 pressure relief valves. The procurement may also include an option for the purchase of dedicated hardware from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), with delivery to Company-designated suppliers and/or the ITER site in France.
