This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of two portable DER - Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) critical National Airspace Systems (NAS) facilities. The system will provide a modular, rapidly deployable, and resilient emergency energy solution to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the FAA in both remote and contingency scenarios. The Contractors scope for this project will provide two commercially available, pre-engineered PV+BESS solutions, minimize field installation time, support autonomous or hybrid operations, and integrate seamlessly with existing FAA facility power service entrance. The two portable systems must be transportable via freight or truck delivery methods and capable of 3rd party connection with FAA Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system via Modbus RS485 to monitor system status and performance.
