This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veterans Affairs TVHS intends to enter into a superseding lease located at 1208 Pointe Centre Drive Chattanooga, TN 37421. The current lease is set to expire on September 30, 2026.
