INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from prospective offerors who would like to support a Blanket Master Contract for IT staff augmentation services. This contract will provide scalable, on-demand access to skilled IT professionals across a wide range of technical disciplines to support the evolving needs of INL’s Information Technology organization. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory focused on nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. The IT organization at INL plays a critical role in supporting mission delivery through secure, reliable, and innovative technology solutions. To meet increasing demand and project complexity, INL is establishing a flexible contracting mechanism to engage external IT talent efficiently and effectively.
