UPDATE (2026-09-25): Amendment 0002 is posted. The purpose of this Amendment is to: Extend the solicitation closing date from [Original Date] to October 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CST). Increase the maximum page limit for Volume II - Technical Proposal from twenty-five (25) pages to thirty-five (35) pages. Eliminate the requirement for offerors to submit redacted versions of proposal documents. Remove "Subfactor 6: Annex - Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan" from the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1. Offerors are still required to submit this plan as part of their proposal package; however, it will not be formally evaluated as a rated subfactor. Amend the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2, Subfactor 3: Phase-in, to state that office space in Building 4819 will be provided by the Government at no cost to the contractor, and to remove the requirement for the procurement and establishment of a contractor-furnished building.
