The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Service Contracting Department, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that provides Service/Rental for Rental Chill Water Systems in accordance with the draft statement of work attached to this notice. The Government anticipates soliciting this contract competitively as full and open competition utilizing Product Service Code (PSC) W035, Lease or Rental of Equipment—Service and Trade Equipment, and NAICS 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. This solicitation will incorporate FAR 52.219-4 Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The solicitation and all amendments issued will be in electronic form.
