Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC, IHEODTD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to ONBOARD SYSTEMS of Anaheim, CA to provide: Purchase of Cargo Hook Emergency Release Mechanisms (ERM) for Underload CAD Testing Underload ERM Consumables 528-034-01 (3) 528-035-01 (3) This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the governments requirements The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332999. The PSC is 4030. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
