Requirements Solicitation is for Maintenance, Repair, Reconstruction, Demolition, Replacement, and/or Installation of a Wide Variety of Roofing Systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Requirement is on hold due to government shutdown. Proposals will be due five (5) days after shutdown ends. All work shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this Solicitation package. This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS Code 238160 and Size Standard of $19M. The proposed requirement is for a single award, Firm- Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract.
