This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action Synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will receive no response. This Proposed Contract Action is published to notify potential sources that the Rocky Mountain Research Station intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract, on behalf of the USDA Forest Service, to REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITYOF IDAHO. Description of Services: USDA Forest Service Rocky Mountain Research Station is a part owner of the building and parking structure located at 322 E Front St. Boise Idaho known as the Idaho Water Center (IWC). As the majority owner, Regents of the University of Idaho has entered into an agreement with the Oppenheimer Development Corporation for Management services for the building. Part of this agreement, RMRS, pays for a portion of the University of Idaho Parking structure payment for Idaho Water Center Boise Lab. The proposed contract action is for agreement for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501.
