The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is procuring a standalone commercial contract for programmatic support services including document development, document production, event planning and facilitation, translation services, custom web services, and custom database services to support the U.S. Army training mission in Europe. Anticipate a one-year base period of performance to start around December 2025, plus 4 one-year option periods. This presolicitation notice will be followed by a request for proposal to be posted on or around September 30, 2025 on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil. The solicitation will be issued and the award will be selected in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
