The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Roof Replacement, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to remove and replace an existing asphalt roof at Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT. Total roof area is approximately 2,700ft2. Work will include removal of the existing asphalt roof, any water damaged plywood and sheathing (estimated not to exceed ten-percent of the existing roof), gravity fed turbine vent, and gutter system and installation of a new architectural shingle roof, underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, gravity fed turbine vent and compatible gutter system on the Colebrook River Lake Dam project office and attached garage.
