UPDATE 1 (9/23/2025): The purpose of this updated notice is to post the Determination and Findings for the Authority to Consolidate Contract Requirements, as required by FAR 7.107-2 and NMCARS 5207.107-2. This notice is being posted to meet the requirements of FAR 7.107-5(c)(2). The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-6304 for the Remote Minehunting (RMH) Module. Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS 495) is procuring the RMH Module to detect, classify, and localize a variety of mines. The scope of the anticipated effort includes RMH Module production, associated engineering support, and spares. The RMH Module will deploy and retrieve a Tow Body (TB) from the Mine Countermeasures Unmanned Surface Vehicle (MCM USV). The Classified Addendum to the Performance Specification released 12 July 2024 under DRAFT solicitation N00024-25-R-6304 remains unchanged.
